I have a block. The defender's right foot isn't ever in legal guarding position as I see it. I could live with a charge, but I had a block at full speed and still have a block at slow speed.
On "Hop, Skip, and Jump," I need a far better angle. When did the player gather the ball in? If it's while he's in the air, he can land and I have nothing.
And I argued for a charge ;-)
On "hop, skip, jump" it seems to me as if he already has the ball in his hands when he jumps off his right foot. After the jump over the player on the ground he lands with his left foot, and then with his right foot. That would make it a travel violation.
